Background
As a well-established independent estate agency, the client was looking for marketing support to help them build on the foundations they had laid over the last few years to help them tackle their bigger competitors. Key to this would be repositioning the business and moving away from a reliance on one individual within it.
We were contacted by one of the company’s Directors and arranged an Ideas Session at their office in London. We discussed the organisation’s challenges with their marketing, the objectives for the repositioning & rebrand and what they wanted to tangibly achieve from the marketing.
